This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who uses catchaset.live (the “Site”), operated by Agentic Future, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), including visitors who browse event listings without an account.

What we collect

All visitors (including signed-out): basic usage and request data — your IP address, approximate location and network (ASN), browser type, referring page, and pages viewed — collected via Cloudflare and Google Analytics to operate, secure, and improve the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies.
Google sign-in (optional): your email address and basic profile, used to identify you and check you against our access list.
Music taste (optional): if you connect Spotify or provide a Last.fm username, the artists and genres tied to your account, used to rank events for you.

How we use it

To operate and secure the Site, authenticate you, and build your personalized recommendations. We do not sell your personal data. Event listings are aggregated from third-party sources (e.g. Ticketmaster, venue feeds).

Cookies & analytics

We use Cloudflare for delivery and security and Google Analytics for usage measurement (which sets cookies). If you are in a region that requires consent for analytics cookies, you can block them in your browser; we will add a consent control as the Site expands.

Storage, retention & deletion

We retain your email, taste profile, and recommendations while your account is active, and request logs for a limited period. Sign-in uses a session cookie. To access or delete your data, email support@catchaset.live and we will remove your email, taste profile, and recommendations and revoke any connected Spotify access.
