These API & MCP Terms govern automated access to CatchaSet event data, provided by Agentic Future, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), through our API or Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint, in addition to our Terms of Use. Registering for or using API/MCP access constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to query the endpoint subject to rate limits. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including for breach of these Terms.
Preserve event and ticket links unmodified where provided, and surface to your end users that event details are third-party-sourced and may be inaccurate, postponed, or cancelled (confirm with the venue or seller).
You may not exceed or circumvent rate limits, resell or sublicense access, redistribute the data in bulk, or use it to build, train, or operate a competing event-discovery service. Ticketmaster-sourced data remains subject to Ticketmaster’s Terms of Use.
