catchaset.live (the “Site”) is operated by Agentic Future, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, including browsing event listings without an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Event listings (names, dates, venues, lineups, ticket links) are aggregated from third-party sources, including Ticketmaster and venue feeds, and remain the property of the respective organizers, venues, and ticketing providers. CatchaSet claims no ownership of event data and provides it for personal, non-commercial discovery only. Ticketmaster-sourced listings and any ticket purchase are also governed by Ticketmaster’s Terms of Use.
Event details may be incomplete, outdated, postponed, or cancelled. Always confirm directly with the venue or ticket seller before purchasing or attending.
You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the data, nor use it to build, train, or operate a competing event-discovery service. Any access through the Site, our API, or our MCP endpoint is a limited, revocable license subject to these Terms and to rate limits, and may be suspended or revoked at any time.
Some ticket links are affiliate links; CatchaSet may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Personalized recommendations require sign-in and are currently invite-only. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Event owners, venues, or data providers may request removal of a listing by emailing support@catchaset.live; we will remove flagged listings within 24 hours.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Future, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on event information. We may change or discontinue the Site at any time.
Automated access via our API or MCP endpoint is additionally governed by our API & MCP Terms.
